Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and the profile you add (name, phone, brokerage, logo, headshot).
• Listing content: the photos you upload, listing details (address, price, rooms), and the files we produce from them.
• Billing records: your plan, purchases and credit balance. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and timestamps, used to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

To provide the Service: edit and stage your photos, build reels, write copy, deliver your files, process payments, send sign-in links and status emails, prevent abuse and support you. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

To produce your results, your photos and listing details are sent to our AI processors: Anthropic, fal.ai and Higgsfield. They process this data to deliver the Service, subject to their own terms. We don’t use your photos to train our own models.

What is public

Each listing has a public page that shows the unaltered original photos next to the altered ones, so buyers can see the originals as disclosure rules require. Anyone with the link or QR code can view it. Do not upload photos you do not want shown there alongside the edited versions.

Who we share it with

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Cloudflare R2: storage of uploaded photos and produced files.
• Resend: sending sign-in links and notification emails.
• Anthropic, fal.ai and Higgsfield: AI processing of the photos, video and copy you order.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service, and authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and listings while your account is open. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to delete your account and files by emailing hello@curbreel.app; we’ll do it within 30 days. You can also write to us to access, correct or export your data. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

Files are stored in private storage and shared through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Children

The Service is for adults working in real estate. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
